Based in the Herefordshire village of Much Marcle, Westons Cider is an independent cider-making company, making premium award-winning ciders since 1880.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Customer Support Team for a Customer Support Executive .
As Customer Support Executive you will be supporting the service team, taking calls from pub teams, and providing advice and allocating engineers to enable them to serve Westons Cider at the best possible quality.
Main Role and Responsibilities include:
Management of draught installations and/or breakdowns - job processing and contractor request for work (RFW), ensuring timely and accurate processing of 'jobs' to be forwarded to our contracted engineers.
Monitor the planned in dates of posted jobs and ensure these are completed in a timely manner.
Process contract invoices and charges as well as POS requests.
Develop open lines of communication between the customer, contractors, and the commercial team.
Create accurate and up to date cellar card contact information.
Access all contractor portals to update information accordingly.
Liaise with Suppliers and obtain quotes.
Manage inventory with contractors and supporting Stock control with contractor stock audits.
Any other ad-hoc tasks required to support colleagues within Cellar Services and the wider Customer Support Team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills/experience:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and will be able to build good rapport with both internal and external customers.
Strong team working combined with an ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Competent in using Microsoft Office packages.
