What You'll Be Doing:

Be the first point of contact for our clients via phone, email, or live chat Provide friendly, solution-focused support with a customer-first mindset Answer queries, resolve issues, and offer aftercare with clarity and care Keep accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems Work alongside the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and build customer loyalty Represent the company's values and energy in every conversation

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and listening skills A positive attitude and solution-driven mindset Ability to work well independently and in a team Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems (training provided) Prior customer service or call centre experience is a bonus - but not essential

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
