We're looking for a friendly, organised individual to support our Commercial Team. This varied role includes front-of-house reception cover, customer service, and admin support across print and digital campaigns.

Medway (office-based)

Hours:

Full-time

What you'll do:



Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Manage ad bookings and announcements across press and online Process payments and support campaign delivery Provide reception cover at our Medway office Collaborate with commercial and digital teams

What you'll need:



Excellent communication and admin skills Confident using systems and handling customer queries Proactive, professional and detail-oriented
