What You'll Be Doing



Be the go?to guide for customers' savings journeys -- supporting them with product know?how, transaction queries, and monitoring across both front?end and back?end systems.

Deliver standout experiences by building genuine rapport, listening closely, and communicating with clarity to truly understand and meet customer needs.

Engage across multiple touchpoints -- whether it's a call, chat, or email, you'll be the reassuring voice customers rely on.

Spot what others might miss -- from identifying vulnerable customers to detecting financial crime or process bottlenecks, you'll act decisively and connect them with specialist support.

Champion change -- embrace evolving policies and procedures, challenge barriers with confidence, and always strive for the best possible outcome for the customer.

Working hours



Current operating hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm



Shift patterns will be agreed based on the current operating hours and will be worked on a rota basis which will be communicated by your line manager. Applicants will be required to be flexible to work any future proposed shift changes based on the following hours;



Monday - Sunday 37.5 hours per week between 08:00 - 22:00 (One hour Lunch).
