Job Description

Dominion Retail Ltd (Trading as Party People) is an online retailer of novelty & personalised goods. We require a someone to join our Customer Support & Product Production Team.

Duties will include:
- Answering customer queries via phone & email
- Creating Personalised items for customers on a PC utilising Photoshop & various printing and cutting equipment (full training provided)
- Managing Customer orders

- Manufacturing of novelty goods for stock holding
- Creating personalised items based on customer requirements
- Order Picking & Packing
- Other Ad-hoc duties

Experience in; Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop & general PC usage would be useful but not essential.

Applicant will need to be available to work 5 x 7.5 Hour shifts between the opening times of 8am to 6pm per week.
Shift pattern alters weekly on a rota basis (minimum of 1 weeks notice). Hours will include some weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
