The Role



As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be a vital point of contact for customers using

our smart energy technologies. Working within our close-knit, collaborative team, you'll

provide support that ensures seamless customer experiences.



Initially, you will:



? Deliver responsive, high-quality support our consumers

? Resolve technical and product queries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

? Build product expertise and become a trusted advisor on our smart energy solutions

As you develop in the role, you'll:



? Support B2B clients and key project partners

? Take ownership of dedicated support channels

? Contribute to process improvements and customer experience initiatives

? Represent the voice of the customer to our Product and Engineering teams

This role offers:

Management

What You'll Do Day-to-Day



? Provide first-class support via email, phone, and ticketing systems

? Troubleshoot customer issues with technical confidence and a solutions focused

approach

? Collaborate across departments to improve processes and enhance user experience

? Create and maintain help articles, FAQs, and support documentation

? Gather and share customer insights to inform product development

? Manage product specific support channels once fully trained

What We're Looking For



Essential



? Excellent communication skills

? Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset

? Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

? Genuine enthusiasm for technology and helping people

? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable



? Experience in customer support, account management, or client-facing roles

? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

? Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk) or ticketing

systems

? Interest in or knowledge of the smart energy sector
