The Role



We are looking for a well spoken tech savvy individual to join our team. This is a hybrid role that blends customer service with digital media production.

1. Customer Communications (Phone, Email, & In-Person)



Acting as the first point of contact for new enquiries, helping customers understand our process and setting up orders. Providing clear, friendly updates to customers on their existing orders. Greeting local customers who visit our premises to drop off their media. Note: You don't need to be a "hard salesperson"-- You just need to be helpful and informative.*

2. Media Processing & Production



We typically get 30-40 calls per day, so it's not none-stop phone calls, the other part of the job would be helping with the digitisation process. Primarily this would be helping finalise orders, Ensuring quality control and organisation of digital assets.

Who You Are



Good communicator:

You have experience in customer service and genuinely enjoy helping people. You can communicate with warmth and clarity.

Tech savvy:

You are comfortable using computers and have a fast typing speed.

Efficient and careful:

You can work out how to do things efficiently whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Professional:

You are well-spoken and presentable for face-to-face customer interactions.
