We are looking for a confident and resilient Customer Support Specialist to join our busy team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who can remain calm and professional while handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
You'll support customers with a range of queries, manage challenging conversations with confidence, and ensure a positive experience for both the customer and the business. Industry experience isn't essential -- we'll provide comprehensive training on our products and systems.
This role also offers the opportunity to develop additional skills through training in wider administrative tasks and provides a clear pathway for progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Handle challenging conversations effectively, maintaining a positive outcome for both the customer and the business
Accurately record customer information and actions in our systems
Contribute to a supportive and high-performing team culture
Offer adaptable support to colleagues, taking on extra tasks when required.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience handling 50-100 customer calls per day
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Confident and resilient when dealing with demanding or difficult situations
Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and make timely, effective decisions
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
Positive, solutions-focused attitude and a willingness to learn
