This is a high-visibility, strategic role within a small, focused team of four, part of a global Business Unit of 1,200 colleagues (800 UK-based). You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering initiatives that make Civica an even better place to work, helping teams thrive and improving engagement across our business.
This role is perfect if you're positive, energetic, creative, and enjoy turning ideas into action. You'll get the chance to design and deliver innovative programmes, organise engaging events, and use data-driven insights (including quarterly Peakon surveys) to measure impact and demonstrate real improvements in employee experience.
