About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Team Member. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers while ensuring the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and support to shoppers on the shop floor Assist with shelf replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining product displays Maintaining stock levels, including checking deliveries and rotating stock to ensure freshness Uphold store standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation
About You:

Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable and flexible with a positive attitude Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential -- full training will be provided
