Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing customer team. Managing day-to-day activities to deliver outstanding results for multiple client campaigns. Building and maintaining strong client relationships across different industries. Creating a positive, fun, and productive working culture where your team can thrive. Contributing to team nights, social events, and activities that make work more than just a 9-5. Supporting career progression and development within your team.
What we're looking for:

Proven experience leading or managing a team (customer service, sales, or client-facing roles are a plus). Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire others. A natural problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on approach. Someone who loves collaboration and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
