Role: CVM Campaign Specialist
Contract 4-6 months

What you will be doing?
- Supporting the Lead CVM Campaign Manager to define, plan and deliver campaigns that support strategic initiatives.
- Leveraging data-driven strategies to create impactful customer experiences.
- Working with a dynamic team at the forefront of the telecommunications industry.
- Attending planning, GTM forums, online team sprint meetings, etc.
You will engage, and brief cross-functional teams (GTM, Marketing, Online, Retail, Contact Centre, CVM teams etc.) In-house
About you
- Experience in delivering multi-channel customer value growth campaigns.
- Experience in delivering Omni channel customer value growth campaigns
- Stakeholder management experience, comfortable influencing at all levels.
- Value management experience in B2C organisations and or agency experience.
- Experience of working in an agile delivery model and using Jira to track workflow delivery.
