Key Responsibilities
Independently manage customs clearance processes
for imports and exports, ensuring strict compliance with UK/EU customs regulations in an extremely fast-paced, high-volume operational setting.
Rapidly process and respond to high-volume email correspondence
(over 1,000 emails daily) using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring accurate and timely communication at all times.
Precisely complete customs declarations
, consistently preventing costly compliance errors or shipment delays in high-pressure situations.
Prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple urgent workflows
simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality.
Proactively communicate and swiftly resolve queries
with customers, internal teams, and customs authorities, maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.
Continuously update and maintain expert knowledge
of evolving customs regulations, tariff codes, and compliance standards.
Train and mentor junior colleagues
, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to strict quality standards in a demanding environment.
Requirements
Fluent in Polish
(written and spoken) - required.
Native-level proficiency in English
(written and spoken).
Proven experience
managing customs clearance processes within high-volume import/export environments.
Extensive experience managing large volumes of email communication
daily (1,000+ emails) accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Outlook.
Demonstrable ability to
perform meticulously and accurately under intense pressure
and within strict deadlines.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and other relevant logistics software.
Exceptional
organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
