As a new OEM, our customers are pioneers and their spirit and dedication to the brand is at the heart of everything we do. As CX Marketing Manager at INEOS Automotive you'll lead the CX Marketing Communications, identifying opportunities to nurture interest, to drive conversion, develop the customer lifecycle and increase customer retention. You'll showcase your expertise in customer journey mapping throughout the entire sales funnel and developing communication frameworks. More specifically, you'll get to:

Be the voice of the customer within the business and ensure that we are authentic Champion our customers across all INEOS Automotive departments to increase advocacy and retention Lead a high performing team to continue the global roll-out of a class-leading always-on, automated framework of 1:1 customer marketing communications Liaise with regions globally to tailor CRM solutions that work for every market Define and implement a robust measurement framework to monitor and measure CX, customer value and retention

Responsibilities:



Lead the implementation of the INEOS Automotive 1:1 marketing communications strategy - working closely with the Digital (website), Social Media, Brand, Partnerships, Events and Paid Media teams, as well as the internal IT department and product owners to ensure end-end effectiveness - to deliver a best-in-class customer experience Manage and champion the INEOS Automotive customer journey, from first brand touchpoints to repeat purchase - identify gaps and opportunities and lead relevant departments to capitalise on these and to drive positive change Continuous improvement of the current functionality and set-up of the CRM eco-system, working closely with colleagues in digital and IT to ensure it remains fit for purpose Gather and utilise customer insights by developing listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and relevant targeting strategies to ensure right message at the right time Leverage new and existing technology to create innovative ways of communicating and engaging with our customers - work alongside Digital and IT teams to develop, A/B test and implement transformational strategies

Qualifications:



Experience with an Enterprise level MarTech stack - SAP and SAP Emarsys experience would be beneficial plus strategic Customer/Automation management and campaign implementation Strong communication skills with an ability to build bridges between technical and non-technical staff Ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels of seniority Bachelors degree in Marketing (desirable) Automotive experience is desirable A sound customer experience CRM / and marketing strategist who has experience in implementing their ideas to drive positive change and growth
