Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CyberSecurity Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust security architectures that protect our organisation's information systems. This position requires a deep understanding of network security, internet of things (IoT), and various security protocols to safeguard sensitive data against cyber threats.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement security architectures for both on-premises and cloud environments. Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats. Design secure network infrastructures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into existing systems and applications. Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents as they arise. Provide guidance on the implementation of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and SSL protocols. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements. Prepare documentation for security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cybersecurity architecture or a related field. Strong knowledge of SAN (Storage Area Networks) and network management principles. Proficiency in network security protocols and technologies, including IP networking. Familiarity with the Internet of Things (IoT) security challenges. Experience with Mac OS environments is advantageous. Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks. Solid understanding of network architecture principles and best practices. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 450.00-500.00 per day
