How you'll make an impact
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing cyber reinsurance clients, including those of greater complexity and revenue significance.
Lead the structuring, marketing, and placement of cyber reinsurance programs with Bermuda, London, and international reinsurers.
Demonstrate strong client advocacy techniques and adapt approach as required to achieve appropriate client outcomes.
Manage renewal processes, including negotiations, contract wording, endorsements, and associated technical requirements.
Represent the team in discussions on cyber market developments, modelling outputs, pricing considerations, and placement strategy.
Review and interpret cyber risk data, modelling outputs, pricing information, and market benchmarks.
Oversee preparation of placement documentation, submissions, and supporting materials in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Work independently to deliver revenue, placement, and client retention objectives.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to less experienced brokers as required.
Contribute to team knowledge sharing, process improvement, and internal collaboration across markets.
Uphold compliance, documentation standards, and internal procedures.
About you
A minimum of 10 years' experience in the (re)insurance industry, with relevant exposure to cyber, specialty, or P&C reinsurance.
Advanced understanding of reinsurance broking, market dynamics, and client servicing at a senior level.
Strong analytical capability and experience interpreting technical data and modelling outputs.
Demonstrated negotiation and relationship management experience with senior stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with international clients and markets across multiple time zones.
Ability to work independently while contributing to broader team and business objectives
