About the Cyber Sales Co-ordinator role
We are seeking a motivated, customer?focused Cyber Sales Co-ordinator to support a dynamic technology business. In this role you will interface across departments to ensure a seamless sales, marketing, and account management process. You will also have opportunities to attend industry conferences and expos -- a genuine interest in technology and cyber security is essential.
This is a fast?paced role requiring adaptability, strong communication, and the capacity to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, follow ups, and relationship maintenance
Assist sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and order paperwork
Manage handovers between sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams
Maintain CRM / sales systems with accurate and up?to?date data
Qualify incoming leads, follow up where possible, or route appropriately
Contribute to marketing efforts: social media, email campaigns, content coordination, event logistics
Support attendance at conferences / expos: planning, travel organisation, materials, stand setup
Produce regular reports, dashboards, and key metrics for management
Liaise with external suppliers, vendors, and partners as required
Perform general administrative tasks to support smooth business operations
Other duties as assigned reflecting evolving business needs
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
Must have a solid understanding of and interest in Cyber Security and Emerging Technology
Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent), including Maths & English
A?Level, BTEC or equivalent in Business Studies, Computer Science, Marketing, Media Studies, or similar (preferred)
Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (typically needing at least 5 years' UK residency)

Working Conditions & Travel
Full time, office?based role in Blandford, Dorset (standard office hours)
UK and overseas travel expected for conferences, expos, client visits
Occasional out?of?hours work may be required for events or deadlines
