URM Consulting Services Ltd (URM) has grown significantly over the last 18/24 months and is now seeking an experienced and capable administrator to support the management of a cyber scheme, from sales win through to successful delivery, liaising with internal teams including sales, consultants and resourcing as required. The role is ideally suited to an experienced administrator.
Responsibilities
Managing the administration of the cyber scheme and liaising with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Identifying improvements to current ways of working to ensure a positive customer experience
Liaising with customers to 'book' assessments and reassessments
Typical Skills and Experience
Experience in office administration
First class interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of team
Ability to multitask
Strong literacy and numeracy skills and most importantly be articulate
Enthusiasm and a proactive approach
Self-motivation, initiative, determination and tenacity
A cool head and be able to work under pressure
A flexible working attitude
Good time management skills
An open mind to changing priorities and the ability to adapt to change.
