Job Description

As part of our security testing team, you will be responsible for testing consumer, business and enterprise security solutions, reporting and maintaining the test results and their consistency and accuracy. Working with Microsoft Windows is essential for the role and Linux skills would be valuable.

The candidate should be passionate about technology and willing to take on board new concepts. Candidates should demonstrate unbiased judgment, confidence and responsibility. To be successful, the analyst should be result-driven and have up-to-date knowledge of software test design.

This is an entry level role that will offer significant growth opportunities. Training for this unique and exciting role will be provided.

Responsibilities

Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios; Executing tests on software usability; Analysing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability; Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the Project Lead; Participating in test design reviews and providing input on requirements and potential problems; Following information security policies, reporting incidents to Information Security Manager.

What we are looking for:

Meticulous attention to detail; Highly motivated, analytical and team player; A passion for cyber security; Strong organisational and interpersonal skills; Basic penetration testing concepts welcome; Computer Science Degree and knowledge of basic programming concepts would be beneficial.
