We are seeking a highly skilled CyberSecurity Manager to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information security, network management, and incident response. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying vulnerabilities and implementing robust security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
Duties
Develop, implement, and maintain system security plans in compliance with NIST standards and ISO 27000 series.
Oversee the configuration and management of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems, and other security appliances including Cisco ASA and Cisco ISE.
Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing using tools such as Burp Suite and Splunk.
Manage incident response efforts including threat detection & response, incident recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure cloud architecture across platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Implement identity & access management protocols ensuring compliance with PCI standards.
Maintain documentation related to system administration, network architecture, and security policies.
Lead training sessions for staff on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.
Skills
Proficient in system hardening techniques and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
Extensive knowledge of computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN design, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), TCP/IP stack, DHCP, DNS, and network protocols.
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (IaaS, PaaS) and virtualization (VMware).
Strong understanding of encryption methods and secure communication protocols (SSL/TLS).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation of security tasks.
Knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux (Ubuntu, openSUSE), macOS, Android, iOS.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and DevOps practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
