This is not a standard agency job.
This is a founder-level opportunity with autonomy, equity, and no earnings ceiling.

Engagement Basis



This is a

self-employed Contract for Services

You will invoice the business, set your own hours, and operate with full flexibility.
No holiday pay, sick pay, or pension contributions apply.

The role begins with an

initial 6-month contract

, after which it may be renewed or extended based on performance.

The Role



You will:

Build and scale the Cyber desk from day one Place senior contractors into high-value, long-term assignments Win and grow client relationships in Cyber, Cloud Security, GRC, IAM, Architecture, SOC, and Testing Develop fast-moving pipelines of specialist talent Operate with the freedom of a grown-up consultancy -- no KPIs, no micromanagement Influence how Deverg positions itself in the cyber market Work closely with the CEO on strategy, acquisition, and growth

OTE (Self-Employed - Year One)



85,000-100,000+ realistic OTE

, based on:

12 permanent placements 5 contractors deployed Several new client activations
Top performers in this model typically reach

110,000+ by Year Two

, with no earning ceiling and no competition for accounts.

Commission Structure



Contract Roles



20% of net contract margin Paid monthly once the client pays

Permanent Roles



20% of placement fees Paid monthly once the client pays

New Client Bonus



5-10% of the first 6 months' gross profit for each new client activated

Equity Structure (For True A-Players)



Part of a

33% growth share pool

4-year vesting with a 12-month cliff

Equity vests only when

revenue contribution targets

Minimum Performance Criteria (Equity Eligibility)



To begin vesting equity after the first 12 months, you must have:

12 permanent placements

in year one

At least 5 contractors

deployed

250,000+ revenue contribution

(perm fees + contract GP) Demonstrable, positive contribution to both client and candidate databases
Equity is reserved for genuine builders -- not passengers.

6-Month Initial Contract



Initial Term


The Consultant shall be engaged by Deverg for an initial fixed term of six (6) months ("Initial Term"), commencing on the Start Date. During the Initial Term, either party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days' written notice.

At the end of the Initial Term, and subject to satisfactory performance, this Agreement may be extended, renewed, or replaced with a longer-term arrangement at Deverg's discretion. No entitlement to continued engagement or future equity is implied beyond the Initial Term unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Pay: 85,000.00-100,000.00 per year
