Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in implementing, managing, and optimising CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the safeguarding of critical organisational assets through expert guidance and strategic deployment of CyberArk technologies. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing specialised support, developing best practices, and ensuring the effective utilisation of CyberArk tools across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions. Provide expert guidance on CyberArk architecture, configuration, and integration with existing security frameworks. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain policies for privileged account management. Troubleshoot complex issues related to CyberArk systems and provide timely resolutions. Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for technical staff. Stay abreast of the latest developments in CyberArk products and cybersecurity threats to recommend enhancements or updates. Support incident response activities involving privileged access breaches or vulnerabilities.

Skills

Proven expertise in deploying and managing CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity management, and access control frameworks. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation purposes is desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues swiftly. Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Relevant certifications such as CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or equivalent are advantageous. Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment.
