Our client is a leading Chinese renewable energy company, specializing in BESS and wind power solutions and boasting a global presence. It's currently seeking a International Product Solutions Expert (cybersecurity) for Europe region to support its energy storage project.

Job Responsibilities:



Guide the company in obtaining and maintaining cybersecurity certifications such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NERC-CIP, and UL 2941 to meet current and future compliance requirements; collaborate with external certification bodies, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure product and system compliance, while evaluating emerging global cybersecurity regulations and translating them into actionable requirements for R&D and product teams. Lead the company's cybersecurity risk assessment, audit, and vulnerability detection efforts, provide professional support for the preparation of compliance documents, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of documents related to the company's cybersecurity compliance. Translate cybersecurity standards into clear product development and engineering specifications, collaborate with software, control system, and hardware teams to ensure cybersecurity is deeply integrated throughout the entire product design lifecycle, and review technical deliverables to ensure they meet compliance and certification requirements. Promote the implementation of cybersecurity measures for critical infrastructure telemetry, remote access, and secure communications; develop and deploy monitoring tools and dashboards to enhance security visibility and service efficiency for utility-grade BESS projects; and support vulnerability management, including patch identification, testing, and remediation planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external experts to conduct cybersecurity practice audits, formulate improvement plans for issues identified during audits, and drive their implementation to continuously optimize the company's cybersecurity management system. Provide professional cybersecurity support to the team during project contracting and negotiation phases, assisting in distinguishing between regulatory requirements and specific customer needs; offer technical support to internal teams and customers throughout the entire lifecycle of the company's BESS product sales, deployment, and operation; and prepare technical documents, guidelines, and demonstration materials to illustrate the company's cybersecurity practices and compliance framework.

Job Requirements:



Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, electrical/system engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years of cybersecurity work experience; experience in the energy, utility, or industrial control system (ICS/OT) sectors is preferred. Have proven experience in guiding organizations through cybersecurity certification and compliance processes, capable of independently driving the company's response to various cybersecurity compliance-related tasks to ensure smooth implementation of compliance procedures. Have work experience in coordinating with R&D departments, certification bodies, and external stakeholders, able to effectively build cross-departmental and cross organizational communication bridges to ensure efficient information transmission and work progress. Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NERC CIP, and NIST; familiarity with industrial communication protocols including Modbus, DNP3, and IEC 61850, with the ability to flexibly apply them in practical work scenarios. Have practical experience in cybersecurity architecture, familiar with the application and deployment of technologies such as firewalls, DMZ, jump servers, intrusion detection, and secure remote access, able to support the design and optimization of the company's cybersecurity architecture. Possess excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, capable of clearly conveying technical requirements to different audiences; demonstrate self-motivation and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently with global teams.

Pay: 200,000.00-250,000.00 per year
