The post holder will be required to work in one of the Cheshire bases in either Macclesfield or Crewe .

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of the multi-disciplinary within the Learning Disability CAMHS Team managing a defined case load of 0-18 year olds who have a Severe Learning Disability and behaviours that challenge.
The post holder will undertake choice assessments as part of access to service process.
Undertake detailed clinical assessments and following assessment derive a formulation and plan of intervention, ensuring this is negotiated with the client (when appropriate) and their parents or carers
Undertake risk assessment
To evaluate the outcomes of any interventions, using outcome measurement tools, and adjust plans accordingly.
Undertake assessment, planning, treatment and evaluation of behavioural interventions plan.
