We're working with a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy that is expanding its Microsoft practice and looking to hire a
D365 CE Functional Consultant
. You'll play a key role in delivering enterprise-level customer-centric solutions, with a strong focus on the
Customer Service module
, while collaborating across Azure and the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the functional design and delivery of
Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service
solutions
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable D365 solutions
Configure and customise D365 CE (Customer Service, Omnichannel, SLAs, queues, case management)
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate D365 CE with
Azure services
Utilise the
Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance customer service processes
Support workshops, UAT, training, and go-live activities
Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the delivery lifecycle
Key Skills & Experience
Strong functional experience with
Dynamics 365 CE
, specifically
Customer Service
Solid understanding of customer service processes and service management
Experience working with the
Power Platform
(Power Apps & Power Automate essential)
Exposure to
Azure
integrations and cloud-based architectures
Experience working in a consultancy or project-based environment
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: 400.00-500.00 per day
