SPAR/Texaco (Comber) - 2 Killinchy Road, Comber, Co. Down, BT23 5SW.

Located within our stores, daily Deli is a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go.

We\'re looking for a special candidate who will lead our hard-working and friendly team, making it all happen - from preparing delicious food, first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. The Ideal Candidate will have:

• A passion for food\xe2\x80\xa6with a proven track record for delivering a fantastic customer experience in a similar role. You\'ll have at least 1 years\' experience in a serviced food role, and you\'ll see your role as a profession, helping us to develop dailyDeli as a key destination for food on the go.
• You\'ll have at least 6 months\' experience in leading a team.
• A positive attitude and a love for people\xe2\x80\xa6you\'ll inspire and motivate your team to be the best.
• Creative flair and an eye for detail, ensuring that excellent presentation and standards are maintained.
• Knowledge of Food Safety practices and procedures- you\'ll have minimum Level 2 qualification in Food Safety.
• Commercial Awareness, and ability to deliver on Key Performance Indicators such as sales, costs and profitability.

Hours of Work: A Full-Time position available at 42.5 hours per week.

A degree of flexibility across our trading hours, working 5 days each week on a rotational basis, Monday to Sunday, 6am to 3pm, will be required. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss working hours and shift patterns in further detail at Interview.
