A lovely opportunity has come up in Northern Ireland to join a warm and welcoming family who is looking for a nanny to join them on a sole charge basis. The family are open to either someone who is either looking for a daily or live in position and are offering newly renovated 3 bedroom cottage. Working with a family whose children are an absolute delight, well-mannered, good humoured, and genuinely lovely to be around. (We're not just saying that they've each won their school's annual "good manners" award!).
The family home is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just a short drive from both the Mourne Mountains and the coast, offering endless outdoor adventures and breathtaking views. The charming local town of Banbridge is nearby, known for its independent shops, great restaurants, and friendly community. For those who enjoy city life and culture, Belfast is only 40 minutes away, and Dublin is just 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
Job specification:

• Undertaking all daily sole charge duties - mum is returning back to work at the beginning of September
• Making sure the children are ready for school and have everything they need
• School pick-ups and drop-offs
• Taking the children to activities, playdates etc.
• Supporting with homework and reading
• Organising and attending different activities, playdates and outings
• Planning and preparing learning and development activities at home to support the different milestones

• Undertaking all nursery duties - laundry for the children, play areas, bedrooms etc.

• Preparing breakfast, lunch for the youngest and pack lunch for the two older children

Salary:

• Live in - 40,000 to 45,000 gross per annum
• Daily - 39,000 to 46,800 gross per annum

Candidate specification:

• A driver is required - ideally with own car but the family would also consider providing a car for nanny's use
• The successful nanny would be fun, engaging, kind, creative and have a genuine love to build strong bond with the children
• The family are looking for someone who is looking to become the "third grown up" in the household and join them long term

Accommodation: Separate cottage on property - partners and pets considered on a case-by-case basis
Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
