Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated full time permanent Farm Worker to join our dairy farm team based in Stirling. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine interest in animal welfare.
As a Farm Worker, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks essential to the daily operations of the farm.
Key Responsibilities include:
Feeding and watering livestock - especially cattle and sheep Cleaning animal pens and maintaining hygiene standards Collecting feed and animal products Providing fresh hay and straw Assisting with the movement of livestock Operating tractors and other farm machinery General farm maintenance and upkeep
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working on a farm is essential Previous experience with cattle and sheep Competence in operating tractors and related equipment A strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to animal welfare and cleanliness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transport and ability to commute to the farm
