We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Dairy function, the heart of our business.

As a Dairy Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our dairy products are kept to the highest of standards therefore if you have a passion for food production we encourage you to apply.

Based in various departments, your duties will include:

Pasteurising cheese VAT Cheese Making Open Table Cheese Making Block Former Operations Cheese Palletising Milk Intake, Sample Testing, Scales Operate and maintain dairy processing equipment Monitor and control the production process to ensure compliance with food safety standards Perform routine quality checks on dairy products Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

BACK/LATE SHIFT

- pay starting at 14.82 per hour increasing upon completion of training 16:00pm to 02:00am

Experience required:

Essential

- Food Hygiene Level 2

- Good literacy and numeracy skills

- PC literate

- Understanding of HACCP

- Food Safety and Chemical awareness knowledge would also be advantageous but full training will be given.

- Experience in food production or related field is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality

Desirable

- Previous dairy/cheese industry experience
