Briddlesford Farm Dairy is home to 150 pedigree Guernsey cows, a modern processing dairy, and a thriving farm shop and cafe. Our mission is to process all of our milk and meat on-site, sell directly to customers, and proudly champion Isle of Wight food and farming.



We are now looking for a

Dairy Production Assistant

to join our friendly and dedicated team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on and varied role assisting with:


Milk bottling and cream processing Cheese making and general dairy production Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the dairy Packing and labelling finished products Occasional delivery driving (if a full UK driving licence is held)
Full training will be provided, so experience is welcome but not essential. What's most important is reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and maintaining quality standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who:


Takes pride in cleanliness and organisation Enjoys practical, hands-on work Can follow procedures and maintain high food safety standards Works well as part of a team in a busy environment Holds a full UK driving licence (desirable, not essential)
