As our

Damp and Mould Team Leader

, you'll be at the forefront of supporting your team in diagnosing and managing damp and mould cases. But that's not all - you'll also inspire and mentor your team, analyse performance data, and collaborate with colleagues across the business.

What you'll do:




As our Damp and Mould Team Leader, you won't just manage people - you'll inspire greatness. You'll be the trusted go-to for your team where you'll support, value, and listen to them.


You'll lead our responsive damp and mould team, proactively manage a team of First Responders and Operatives to deliver a top-notch service. Understanding your teams skills and ensuring where expertise is needed and the right skills are unleashed. You'll be a safety champion, with compliance being high on your agenda, you'll ensure safety first - always!


You'll proactively manage performance and monitor KPI's and be comfortable turning business concerns into gold. Escalate when needed, but always finding solutions and using accurate reporting you'll be able to spot things before they happen.


Championing our customer service offer, your role extends beyond mere complaint handling - it's about turning challenges into opportunities. Whether it's damp, mould, or any other housing challenge that comes across your desk, you'll work diligently to reach a resolve for our customers.

The salary for this role is

44,140.58

plus 2,000 car allowance per year

, 26 days annual leave (rising annually to 31 days) plus Bank Holidays.
