Working for a Housing Trust is a rewarding place to be. We are looking for a Damp and Mould Technician to join our Repairs team to deliver a high quality and continuously improving service to our customers.



In this role, you will focus predominantly on damp, mould and condensation remedial works including; mould remediation and related applications in accordance with current regulations, treatment to internal wall surfaces to eliminate mould growth, remedial decorative works where required and any associated joinery/multi skilled tasks to the inside of a property.

You must have experience of internal mould remediation and decorative works and have worked within statutory guidelines within the construction industry. e.g. Health & Safety, along with a full UK driving license. You should also be customer focused and a genuine team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
