We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance and Gymnastics Coach to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing participants of various ages and skill levels in gymnastics and dance, fostering a safe and encouraging environment. Duties
Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics and dance sessions tailored to individual skill levels and age groups
Demonstrate proper techniques for various Gymnastic routines and movements
Develop Dance routines for all ages and abilities
Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to health and safety regulations and supervising equipment use
Monitor progress of Gymnasts, providing constructive feedback and encouragement
Organise and oversee practise sessions, competitions, and special events as required
Maintain equipment, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and enjoyment of the sport
Skills
Proven experience in or Gymnastics instruction
Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate and engage participants of diverse ages and abilities
Excellent communication skills to clearly demonstrate techniques and provide constructive feedback
Organisational skills to plan sessions effectively and manage multiple classes simultaneously
Ability to promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety standards
Enthusiasm for working with children, inspiring confidence and passion for Gymnastics
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 25.00-35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
