Do you love to dance and enjoy working with children? We're looking for energetic and creative Dance Coaches to bring the fun to our holiday camps in Worcester!

At The Bugs Group, we run exciting, high-energy holiday camps where children aged 4-11 can get active, express themselves, and build confidence through movement. Our

DanceBugs

sessions are a hit with kids of all abilities - and we're looking for passionate dance coaches to lead the way!

The Role:

You'll be delivering a variety of dance sessions - from street and commercial to creative movement and mini-performances. Sessions are designed to be fun, inclusive, and confidence-boosting!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engaging and age-appropriate dance sessions for primary school children Encourage creativity, teamwork, and self-expression through movement Ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment Support children with varying abilities and confidence levels Set up and pack away dance sessions and props/equipment

Requirements:

Experience teaching or coaching dance to children (schools, studios, or clubs) Confident in leading group activities with energy and enthusiasm Friendly, fun, and positive attitude A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications desirable (training can be provided) Dance qualifications or performance experience a bonus
