Job Title: Dance Teacher / Choreographer

Location: Inspire Dance School, Rugeley

Hours: Monday & Tuesday Evenings

We are a small, growing dance school with a passionate team and a strong focus on technique, performance, and personal growth. As we continue to develop, we're looking to welcome a dynamic and motivated dance teacher/choreographer to help guide our dancers to the next level -- both technically and creatively.

We're seeking a dedicated Dance Teacher/Choreographer who is confident in teaching solid technical foundation, and is skilled in acrobatic and gymnastic elements. You'll be working with students who are passionate about dance and hungry to improve, particularly within our competition squad, so experience or interest in competition choreography is a big plus.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone recently out of university or looking to build their teaching and choreographic portfolio in a supportive and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and drill strong technique across various dance styles Incorporate acrobatic/gymnastic training safely and effectively Choreograph and rehearse competition routines Provide constructive feedback and encouragement Be a positive, energetic, and dependable team member
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Dance or Performing Arts degree (or equivalent experience) Experience with acro/gym skills (qualifications a bonus) A creative flair for choreography Strong communication and leadership skills A genuine passion for working with young dancers A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Pay: 10.00-12.00 per hour
