We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and customer-focused individual to join our expanding team in Stockton-On-Tees as a Danish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor. To support our growing international reach, fluency in both Danish and English is essential for this role. You will play a key part in enhancing our service offering and delivering an exceptional experience to our Danish-speaking customers.

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:
Making outbound service calls to customers through the UK, Denmark and US to guide them through essential processes (Please note: these are not sales or cold calls, all calls are to warm leads who have previously engaged with the company)
Assisting customers who have not yet begun the registration process for a product, ensuring they have all the information and support they need.
Delivering high-quality customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and making each customer interaction a positive one.
Full training and ongoing support is provided to help you thrive in the role, and become a part of one of the zestiest teams around!
What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking friendly, confident individuals who love helping others and have a positive approach to problem-solving. Ideal candidates will have:
Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English to help extend our customer reach to those from Denmark.
A customer-first mind-set and strong listening skills to understand and respond to customers' needs.
PC literacy and confidence using technology.
A team-oriented attitude and the ability to resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
Ideally, 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
