Job Title:

Darner



We are currently recruiting for a Darner to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working on a two-shift rotational pattern (early and back shift). The position is 38 hours per week.

Working Hours:

Week 1:

Monday - Thursday, 06:00-14:00; Friday, 06:00-12:00

Week 2:

Monday - Wednesday, 14:00-24:00; Thursday, 14:00-22:00

Rate of Pay:

Starting from 12.60 per hour, depending on experience.



About the Role



As a Darner at Johnstons of Elgin, you will work on a variety of luxury products, carrying out table, perch (greasy), and clean darning. You will demonstrate an excellent ability to identify and correct faults through keen attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality finish. This will involve performing greasy, clean, and perch darning to rectify faults identified during the inspection of cloth and accessory products. Full training will be provided.
