Retail Assistant Role/s in Norfolk's Premier Darts Store

ArrowHeadz is a fun, dynamic and fast paced environment with two busy stores and a third and fourth planned. We also have a rapidly growing e-commerce presence which has already outgrown one warehouse and will soon be expanding to add a second, much larger one.

We have a strong brand identity, a strong social media presence and a strong focus on customer service and product knowledge.

We are seeking another one (or maybe two) members of staff to join our Norwich in-store team.

We need you to be:

Reliable.

Confident and customer focused.

Motivated and energetic. It can be a physically demanding role at times.

A cheerful team player with a 'Can Do' attitude.

We need you to have:

Good time keeping

Strong communication skills

Clean, fresh and tidy presentation

The confidence to appear in social media videos. Any experience of this is an advantage.

A good standard of literacy and fluency in English

A proven track record of employment. A previous retail or customer facing role is an advantage, but any work experience that demonstrates you have the necessary qualities and a strong work ethic is fine with us.

Hours are flexible and can be discussed. Rate of pay is flexible according to age and experience. We can consider a range of possibilities from full time, part time and seasonal/temporary.

You don't have to be a great darts player but a genuine enthusiasm for darts and some knowledge of the products we sell is essential. Ongoing training will be given but we do need you to hit the ground running to some extent.

PLEASE NOTE: We are proud to have so many talented darts players working for ArrowHeadz but their professional darts commitments along with County, Super League and other competitions makes staffing the store at busy times an ongoing challenge. For this reason we are currently unable to consider any candidates who would like to prioritise their darts schedule over their availability for work.
