The Opportunity:





This role sits within our global Risk & Compliance function, based in


our Glasgow office.



Reporting into the Senior Data Access Control Analyst, this is


fantastic opportunity to join a global team and play a key role in safeguarding our clients' information in line with client expectations and our professional obligations.



The ideal candidate would be a reliable, organised, software conversant with a good eye for detail and analytical skills. Full training will be given.



Key responsibilities of the role include:


Information Barrier System: Maintain the firm's information barrier
system to ensure compliance with confidentiality obligations.
Facilitating Access: Grant legal and business users access to
confidential matters on a case-by-case basis in line with client

requirements and conflict conditions, ensuring sensitive information

is safeguarded from unauthorised access.
Revoking Access: Removing user access in line with client
recertification requirements.
Insider Lists Compliance: Maintain the firm's insider lists in
compliance with market abuse regulations



This role is a full time opportunity, based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working.



Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 8.5 hours a day including an hour for lunch, between the hours of 07:00 -17:30. Shift times may vary depending on the team rota, and an early start may be required a few times per month in order to attend team meetings. This is a hybrid role where, once trained, office and remote working


will both be utilised.

Previous experience in an administrative or an analytical role Professional and discreet as confidential and sensitive information

will be handled
High degree of professionalism and integrity Excellent analytical and Microsoft Excel skills Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to
