Keys Group is undertaking a CRM data cleanse project within
Salesforce
to ensure our organisation-wide contact information is accurate, complete, and up to date. We are looking for a highly organised Temporary Administrator to support this focused piece of work across all divisions, including Children's Services, Adult Services, and Education.
This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, proven experience in data cleansing, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Review existing Salesforce CRM records to identify missing, duplicated, or outdated contact information.
Update out-of-date records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data fields.
Conduct online searches, use internal systems, and liaise with internal teams to source missing contact details.
Ensure data is aligned to Keys Group standards.
Log and track progress against daily/weekly targets for cleanse completion.
Support in developing simple guidance or notes to help maintain data quality going forward.
Escalate any anomalies or complex data issues to the project lead.
Key Objectives
Clear all out-of-date contact information across Salesforce.
Find and complete missing contact information for all relevant records.
Improve overall data integrity across all Keys Group divisions.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in data cleansing, CRM administration, or similar detail-oriented work.
Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable, but quick learners with strong digital skills are welcome.
Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet tight timelines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working with sensitive or confidential information in line with GDPR.
