This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data accuracy, automation, and insightful analysis to drive business growth. You'll play a crucial role in managing, cleansing, and optimising our customer database, ensuring seamless, targeted marketing campaigns and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities



Database Management & Optimisation

Own and manage all data within Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all records. Upload, maintain, and cleanse customer lists to ensure up-to-date and GDPR-compliant data. Segment and categorise contacts based on industry, engagement level, and relevance to our events, improving targeting for marketing campaigns. Ensure event data is properly closed and stored post-conference, keeping records organised for future analysis. Implement and manage automated workflows between Salesforce and marketing/sales platforms to improve efficiency and accuracy. Use Salesforce reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as customer engagement, retention, conversions, and campaign performance. Integrate third-party tools and data sources with Salesforce to streamline processes and enhance data insights.

Marketing & Sales Campaign Support

Perform deep analysis of database trends to uncover insights that will shape marketing and sales strategies. Select, refine, and segment data for targeted marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring outreach efforts are highly effective and relevant. Ensure weekly updates of marketing lists, keeping the database fresh and removing outdated records. Track and analyse booking sources and marketing channel performance, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance future campaigns. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless data flow and best practices in customer outreach. What We're Looking ForExperience: Minimum 1+ years in database marketing, CRM management, or a related role. Strong Salesforce CRM proficiency - experience in managing databases, reporting, and automating workflows is essential. Hands-on experience with data segmentation, email marketing tools, and automation is a plus.
