SALARY:23,000 -25,000



JOB PURPOSE:



Working as part of our Quality & Compliance Team, reporting to the Head of Quality & Compliance, the main purpose of the role is to maintain learner data efficiently onto our APTEM learner management system and assist the Quality & Compliance Team with a range of administrative duties. The Quality & Compliance Team is responsible for many of the administrative processes associated with learners, including onboarding, induction, on programme changes, and claims.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:



Process apprenticeship data, including for example the input of apprenticeship enrolments, withdrawals, transfers, achievements and breaks in learning

Eligibility checks prior to learner enrolment

Co-ordinate and prepare for learner inductions

Co-ordination of apprenticeship reporting

Assistance and support with queries

Monitoring digital inboxes - Ensuring all are being actioned / cleared in a timely manner.

Onboarding candidates to the learning platform Support the delivery teams Process and ensure accuracy of learner related data (funding paperwork) into APTEM learner management system following induction Complete examination registrations and completions Maintain the integrity of all learner data in line with Data Protection requirements at all times Minute taking Other general admin duties as required

GENERAL:



Actively promote, market and present a positive image of Train'd Up

Undergo any self-development and training as necessary

Carry out duties at all times in accordance with Train'd Up policies including Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding and Health and Safety.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:



No fewer than 4 x National 5 A - C grade qualifications or equivalent (including English & maths) - National 5 certificates grade A - C are equivalent to GCSEs grade 4 - 9

An IT based qualification would be advantageous but not essential

Must be eligible to live and work in the UK

Must be a team player with strong communication skills

Friendly with a sense of humour

Able to work effectively at a busy pace and under pressure

Must have strong attention to detail

Determined, eager to learn, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

Fast and accurate keyboard/data entry skills

Excellent telephone manner

Must be adaptable, reliable, and punctual

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
