SSP Health operates a network of GP practices across the North West and North of England, dedicated to providing outstanding patient care and supporting communities with accessible, high-quality healthcare. We're seeking a Data Administrator to join our data quality team in a part-time position, assisting with data management while enhancing our online presence, supporting patient engagement, and improving practice efficiency.

About the Role:



We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team, working across our group of GP Practices. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in data administration and healthcare services. As a Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data entry, management, and reporting to support our healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with data audits and quality checks. Support data-driven projects to enhance patient engagement and practice efficiency. Generate and compile reports using Microsoft Excel. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in line with NHS standards and policies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Develop and manage content for SSP Health's social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Respond to comments and messages, promoting positive interactions with patients and the public.

What We're Looking For:



Basic understanding of data entry and administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.

Qualifications:



Minimum: College level qualifications or equivalent. No prior experience is required, but any relevant experience or coursework in data administration or healthcare will be an advantage.

Work Schedule

Flexible working hours between operational hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

No weekends
