We're looking for a

Data Analyst

to join us on a

1-year fixed-term contract

. You'll be the go-to expert for all things CRM and data, partnering with teams across the business to keep our systems running smoothly, our data clean, and our processes efficient.

What You'll Be Doing



CRM Management



Maintain, enhance, and monitor CRM systems like Bullhorn and HubSpot. Manage integrations with tools like Bullhorn Analytics, Devyce, HubSpot, and our Early Careers platform. Support users across the business to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate reporting.

Data Integrity and Maintenance



Keep our data clean and consistent by identifying and correcting duplicates or errors. Establish best practices for data entry and maintenance. Lead data cleansing initiatives to improve reporting reliability and confidence.

Automation & Reporting



Design and implement workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate and Bullhorn Automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks. Produce detailed KPI reports and dashboards for leadership and teams using Power BI, Excel, and Analytics Dashboards.

Integration & Migration Management



Support CRM integration with company websites and job boards. Troubleshoot real-time issues affecting marketing and recruitment. Lead CRM migration projects from planning and data mapping to testing and post-launch quality assurance.

What You'll Bring



Hands-on experience with

Bullhorn

and

HubSpot

, including custom fields, workflows, and integrations. Strong data skills with

Power BI

,

SQL

, and

Excel

--you know how to turn numbers into insights. Proven ability to build scalable automations using

Microsoft Power Automate

and

Bullhorn Automation

. A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Clear communication skills and the ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
