Data Analyst Administrator

to join our team supporting key projects.



In this vital role, you'll be instrumental in supporting project delivery through data analysis, quality assurance, and administrative coordination. From generating insights through performance reports to ensuring compliance with internal policies, this is a great opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping project success across a collaborative and forward-thinking team. We're seeking someone who brings both analytical capability and a proactive mindset to support dynamic project environments.







What you'll be doing



Monitor and report on project performance and data trends. Create and present reports at weekly management meetings. Maintain issue logs (including Map16 platform) and track resolutions. Assist with project documentation, purchase orders, and Focal Point system. Support Project Managers with risk and change management. Coordinate with sub-contractors and attend relevant meetings. Maintain and manage H&S information and survey coordination accounts. Help facilitate Safety Induction days and stakeholder workshops. Ensure quality and consistency across all project outputs and documentation. Support project delivery planning and milestone tracking. Compile and distribute dashboard-level reports for senior leadership.

What you'll need to bring



Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Comfortable working with data - including compiling, analysing, and presenting information clearly. Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office tools; experience with reporting or dashboards. Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking documents and processes. Clear and confident communicator who can liaise with different teams and stakeholders. Comfortable working in a team environment and supporting wider project delivery. Willingness and ability to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies as needed in a fast-evolving field. Experience in a project admin, support, coordination, data analysis or similar role is beneficial - but not essential. An understanding of project lifecycles, compliance or health & safety (desirable but not required). Full UK Driving Licence
