- our flagship and largest brand, specialising in MDF skirting boards, architraves, and related products.

Wall Panels World

- a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the decorative wall panels sector.

SW Couriers

- our newest venture, currently in development, focused on creating an in-house delivery network to improve speed, reliability, and efficiency.
Together, these brands form a vertically integrated ecosystem that manufactures, sells, and delivers high-quality products directly to customers.

We're now looking for a talented

Data Analyst

to help us build a complete, data-driven understanding of our group performance and turn numbers into knowledge that drives smarter, faster and more profitable decisions.

The Role



This is a

high-impact role

that sits at the intersection of

Marketing, Operations, and Finance

across all three SW Group businesses.

You'll be responsible for unifying and analysing data from multiple systems, platforms, and brands - building clear, live dashboards and reports that show what's working, what's not, and where new opportunities lie.

Your mission is to bring

structure, automation, and clarity

to our data - helping leadership see the full picture and make confident, data-driven decisions that lead to stronger returns on every pound spent.

You'll also leverage

AI tools and technologies

to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and enhance data accuracy - helping the business gain faster, deeper insights.

Key Responsibilities



Pull, unify, and analyse data from multiple sources, including:

Google Ads

,

GA4 (Google Analytics 4)

,

Meta Ads

,

SEO tools

,

BigCommerce

,

CRM systems

, and

internal company platforms

+ more. Build and maintain

live dashboards

showing (but not limited to) revenue, visits, average order value (AOV), and conversion by source across brands. Track and report on

ROI across all marketing channels

, identifying trends, underperformance, and new opportunities early. Deliver

monthly summaries

with actionable insights for leadership. Automate and streamline reporting processes to establish a

single source of truth

across the group. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful insights. Help

set up and maintain new data tracking sources

- improving accuracy and depth of analysis where needed. Support forecasting and performance modelling to inform strategic planning and budgeting. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all systems and departments.

Use AI-powered tools

(e.g., ChatGPT, machine learning-based analytics, or AI-driven visualisation platforms) to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and surface deeper insights.

Essential Skills & Experience



Proven experience as a

Data Analyst

, ideally within an e-commerce or marketing-led business. Strong understanding of

digital marketing data

- including Google Ads, GA4, Meta, SEO, and conversion tracking. Excellent skills in

data manipulation, interpretation, and visualisation

. Proficiency with

Excel / Google Sheets

and tools like

Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau

. Experience in using or integrating

AI tools

to enhance data analysis, reporting, or forecasting. Ability to work with data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, logistics, finance). Strong communication skills - able to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. A proactive mindset with a focus on automation, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.

Desirable Skills



Experience with SQL or data query languages. Knowledge of Python or data automation workflows. Experience setting up tracking with

Google Tag Manager

or custom data pipelines. Familiarity with e-commerce, logistics, and customer behaviour analytics. Experience building dashboards across multiple business entities or brands. Understanding of

machine learning fundamentals

or predictive modelling techniques.
