Data Analyst



FULL TIME ONSITE IN BLISWORTH, NORTHAMPTON (hybrid/remote not available for this role)



Working Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700 from Blisworth, Northampton

As a Data Analyst based in our Blisworth Offices, you will be a fundamental part of our team, enabling us to continue with our mission to serve the planet, a purpose we care strongly about and are committed to. Reporting to the Head of IT Systems the Data Analyst will focus on improving data accessibility, supporting development teams with accurate insights, and streamlining processes to accelerate decision-making.

The Role Includes:



Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards with dynamic visuals and DAX calculations Implement data models optimized for performance and scalability Migrate reporting from SSRS to Power BI Extract, clean, and manipulate data using SQL from multiple sources Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems Work closely with business units to translate requirements into data solutions Translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency Apply data security principles to protect sensitive information in reports and queries Document processes and maintain data dictionaries for transparency

Skills & Experience Required



Proven ability in the following

Advanced Power BI experience (DAX, data modelling, custom visuals) Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, aggregations) Familiarity with relational databases (SQL server, PostgregSQL, MySQL) Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Qualifications



Qualified to Degree level or equivalent within IT Industry
