About the Role
Thrive Education Services Ltd is seeking a proactive, analytical, and compliance-focused Data Analyst & Compliance Officer to support the Directors and Senior Leadership Team. This enhanced role combines high-level educational data management with operational compliance oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Educational Reporting

Work closely with Directors and Senior Leaders to drive strategic use of data across the organisation. Develop, refine, and maintain data tracking systems. Manage and configure MIS systems (SIMS, Arbor, or equivalent). Input, validate, and monitor student data. Collate, analyse, and present data to evidence student performance. Design and implement dashboards and reports.
Compliance & Quality Assurance (Education Setting)

Maintain and monitor compliance frameworks (DfE, Ofsted, Safeguarding, GDPR). Conduct regular audits. Ensure GDPR compliance. Support statutory reporting deadlines. Track and oversee policy compliance. Support external inspections and quality reviews.
Administrative & Technical Support

Provide administrative and technical assistance to leadership teams. Support configuration of digital systems and workflow processes.
Essential Skills & Experience

Experience using SIMS, Arbor, or similar MIS. Strong understanding of educational data requirements. Experience with compliance frameworks. Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Excellent organisation and communication. Enhanced DBS required.
