About the role:



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Data Analyst with a finance and supply focus

to join our team. This role will support strategic decision-making through the analysis of financial and operational data and will be integral to improving our internal reporting and planning processes.

A.CRITERIA



Essential Criteria



Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field. Hands-on experience in finance-focused data analysis roles. Competent in SQL. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.). Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar visualisation platforms. Understanding of financial statements, ledgers, and accounting cycles. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently & meet deadlines. Excellent written & verbal communication. Familiarity with Sage, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is desirable.
Familiar with Supply Chain principles

Valid Driving license

Desirable Criteria



Post Graduate qualification in Data Analytics

Experience working in an FMCG Environment

Experience in managing ERP and Supply chain software including Stock control

Essential Skills



Data Analytics qualification/experience Excellent team skills
Business Intelligence and Reporting -Power BI, Qlik, Sage

Motivation, enthusiasm and common sense Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving Communication skills, development of close working relationships with key personnel including customers and suppliers

Desirable Skills



Reporting, Forecasting and Planning tactically and strategically

IT and Data Management - Report building and writing

Public speaking and presentation skills.

Management skills

C.RESPONSIBILITY



Key duties will include:



Build & maintain financial and supply dashboards using Power BI or equivalent. Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to automate & improve reporting. Design & manage ETL processes pulling data from a database. Perform financial and supply chain analysis, trend identification & variance reporting. Deliver insights that influence budgeting, forecasting, & margin optimisation. Develop forecasting/predictive modelling. Maintaining Costing Integrity. Develop automated Profit and Loss and Supply Chain efficiency. Present data insights clearly to finance & non-finance stakeholders. Support audit preparations, compliance reporting & stock performance reviews.
