We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and be proficient in various data management tools. This role involves transforming data into actionable insights to support decision-making processes across the organisation. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance business performance.

Duties

Provide data support to the operational team (reports, data insertion/updating) Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets. Utilise BI tools to visualise data and present findings effectively, and create automated reports and dashboards Collaborate with project management teams to ensure alignment of data analysis with business objectives throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Document processes, workflows, and data system designs

Experience

Proven experience in a Data Analyst role or similar position is essential. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases is required. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively. Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
